Refund policy
***If your new LP skips, it may be your record player. Try this tip, which solves the problem most of the time:
-Tape a penny to the top of your record needle cartridge. Modern record player arms are often not weighted properly, and this helps the needle sit in the groove. If this works, you may want to invest in a counterweight for your player's arm.
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a Return or Refund, please email us with the reason for your requested return/refund at: [email protected]
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused (if bought new) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened. Returned products are inspected when we receive them. If a product is returned to us damaged (even in transit), it may only be eligible for a partial refund or credit. We will provide pictures if item(s) returned appear to be damaged in transit. We do not issue refunds for cracked CD or cassette cases, so long as the CD or cassette itself is undamaged. Replacement cases for CDs and cassettes are readily available for a nominal cost and case replacement does not affect the item's value. If you have a question about the condition of any item, please kindly email us at [email protected] prior to purchase and we will be happy to supply you with additional information and pictures if requested.

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Returns are not accepted for partial or full refund, credit, or exchange after 30 days after delivery. Exception may be made for holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 15th at our discretion.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (customer name and/or order number will suffice). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- New CD, DVD, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. These are only accepted at our discretion, depending on condition, based on our inspection and approval of the returned item.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If an item was damaged in transit or has a manufacturer defect, we may require picture(s) or video before authorizing a full or partial refund. We may also request pictures of the shipping box/mailer used to send your product. Refunds will not be issued if proof of damage is not supplied by the customer. If requested pictures/video are not received, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. If you are packaging a return, we encourage you to use the same packaging materials that we sent you, and package LPs so they do not move within the box to ensure a safe return without damage in transit.

Vinyl Variant Disclaimer:
Please note that vinyl variant colors/splatters/patterns can vary from the distributor's sample pressing. Variant colors may not appear as they do in the mock-up sample; this is normal and occurs frequently. We do not accept returns for variant inconsistencies that differ from the distributor's sample mock-up. You may notice small black marks in the color, which is most noticeable in white and clear records. These marks cannot be removed, and are part of the record pressing process. Also, please note that mixed colors can vary dramatically throughout a single pressing run. For example, a pressing may be listed as a transparent color mixed with black — some records in that single pressing may turn out predominantly the transparent color, or some records may turn out predominantly black. This is a side effect of mixing different PVC vinyl colors together, and the fact that not all vinyl is pressed with the same cycle/temperature settings, therefore, appearance inconsistencies cannot be avoided. The exciting thing about these differences is that each piece of variant vinyl pressed is unique.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account). Once an item has been shipped, shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds or replacements are not issued for packages tracked as delivered by the USPS but not received by the customer. Once the item has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package quickly to ward against porch theft. If you suspect you are a victim of mail/porch theft, you may consider contacting your local authorities. We do not issue refunds or replacements when a customer has entered their shipping address incorrectly. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
Shipping/Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are handled by the USPS. We do not offer refunds for USPS shipping delays, but we do make the best effort we can to ship all orders within 24-48 hours on business days and non-holidays.
Shop Pay Installments
Shop Pay Installments offers customers the option to pay for their order in installments at checkout. Orders from $25 USD to $8750 USD are eligible for installments payments.
Customers can choose between the following installment payment options at checkout:
- Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from $25 USD to $500 USD.
- Monthly payments for orders from $75 USD to $8750 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 36% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount.
Shop Pay Installment Refunds
When refunding an order that was made using Shop Pay Installments, we will send the payment back to the customer. If a customer requests a refund for an order they've made monthly payments for, then their paid interest isn't refunded to them. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of receiving the refund email notification, first check your bank account/credit card statement again; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] We may require proof of not receiving a refund, such as a bank or credit card statement (personal info may be blacked out at your discretion).
Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not including cracked CD case or cassette case, as long as the CD or cassette itself is undamaged - CD and cassette cases are easily replaced and do not affect the item's value). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to report the reason for your exchange request. Exchanges may be limited based on item availability and may be limited at our discretion. Picture(s) and/or video of the defect or damage may be requested at our discretion.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We may require the name of the purchaser to confirm the sale. Once the returned item is received and inspected (and approved), a gift card will be emailed to you. We do not accept gift returns that are not in their original condition or opened (if bought new). If a gift return is damaged during return transit, you may only be eligible for a partial credit.
Resale
All items are sold for personal use; attempts to return items (or obtain full or partial refund) for reasons related to resale will not be considered, and may result in loss of future buying privileges at our discretion.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Music items (LPs/CDs/Cassettes) are eligible for USPS Media Mail shipping, which is the cheapest way to return these items and a tracking number is provided by the USPS. Please take care to package returns carefully, as any damage that occurs in the return trip may affect the value of your refund/credit. Priority Mail shipping includes $50 insurance.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
