Free shipping (for music purchases over $50) are delivered through USPS Media Mail for orders shipped within the United States only. Non-music items are not included in Free Shipping offer. If you prefer faster shipping, you have the option to select Expedited Shipping for an additional fee. Expedited Shipping orders are delivered through USPS Priority Mail. Shipping dates are not guaranteed, as they are handled by the USPS. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, but we do make the best effort we can to ship all orders within 24-48 hours on business days and non-holidays (exceptions made for vacation - notices posted at top of website, pop-up notice, and social media when on vacation). You will receive tracking information for your order via email. Please note that we no longer ship Internationally (outside the US) due to extremely high shipping rates and potential for risky transit handling.
